Up-and-comers
will apply online on our site www.mes.gov.pk. The Candidates of BPS 6 will be
called for screening (composed) test and up-and-comers of BPS-4 will be called
for ability test at just determined urban communities i.e Peshawar, Rawalpindi,
Lahore, Multan, Karachi, Pano Aqil, and Quetta. Competitors should determine
