MBA Finance, M.Com, ICMA, or CA are examples of advanced finance qualifications (with a minimum of 16 years of education).

 

Financial Management, Public Procurement, and Overall Public Sector Management, as well as FIDIC knowledge.

At least 15 years of progressive managerial experience with responsible financial leadership is required, with a preference for 10 years in the public sector and Foreign/Donor-Funded Projects, including 5 years as a Drawing and Disbursing Officer dealing with AGPR.
