Banking Mohtasib Pakistan Secretariat is seeking applications from Pakistan nationals who are proactive, results-oriented, and energetic to fill vacant positions in its Karachi Secretariat and Regional Offices. Senior Advisor (BPS-21), Advisor (BPS-18), Deputy Director Legal (BPS-18), Deputy Director Investigation (BPS-18), Consultant (BPS-18), Assistant Director (BPS-17), Office Assistant (BPS-07), and Driver are all needed by the Banking Ombudsman Pakistan (BPS-04). Senior Consultant:
A master's degree from a HEC-accredited university or institution, ideally in banking and finance, commerce, public administration, or economics is preferred.
Senior banker with at least five years of experience as an EVP or equivalent in banking or a regulatory institution.
Working experience in the financial business in the areas of operations, audit, inspection, investigations, trade and foreign exchange, and compliance.
The applicant must possess acceptable computer skills as well as excellent writing and communication abilities.
Consultant, Senior:
A master's degree, preferably in banking and finance, business, public administration, or economics, from a HEC-accredited university or institution is desirable.
Senior banker with at least five years of experience in banking or a regulatory organisation as an EVP or equivalent.
Working experience in operations, audit, inspection, investigations, trading and foreign exchange, and compliance in the financial industry.
The candidate must have good computer skills as well as outstanding writing and communication skills.
Investigation by the Deputy Director:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a HEC-accredited institution, ideally in banking, finance, or information technology, with adequate computer literacy.
It is necessary to have excellent communication and writing skills.
Working experience in the banking field of at least 15 years.
Legal Deputy Director:
Minimum of a law degree from a reputable university with extensive understanding of court procedures and operations.
At least 7 years of practical experience as a lawyer/advocate in a law firm/corporate entity that deals with banking laws.
Consultant:
This position requires an MA in Economics, MBA, or M.Com.
People with 20 to 25 years of experience working in a bank or a regulatory authority will be given priority.
Director's Assistant:
16 years of education in business, law, banking, and finance, as well as statistics.
Candidate must have 7 years of experience in banking operations/investigation, as well as adequate computer literacy and compliance.
Assistant in the Office:
Candidates with an intermediate education and 5 years of general administration experience are qualified for this position.
